Attentive training

Description

Form of conduct:Attentive training

Duration:5 hours

Objectives of the training

In this training you will get acquainted with what it is Positive Intelligence (PQ)and why it is crucial to develop it.

You'll learn how to manage your mind so that it more often works for you and your long-term goals, rather than sabotaging them through automated responses that keep the brain in “survival mode” instead of “development mode.”

The mind supports two main modes: “Saboteur” (Saboteur)and “Sage” (Sage). In neurophysiological language, these are coping strategies that work in complete opposite ways: response versus adaptive response.

  • “The Saboteurs”can be likened to an “emergency team” whose function is to support short-term survival benefits.
  • In contrast, the team of “Sage” (Sage)take care of maintaining and achieving your goals in the long term.

Benefits of training

Participants in the training will acquire practical skills and knowledge that will bring them the following benefits:

  • Faster recovery from stress:Less “sitting” in negative emotions by applying short PQ practices (positive intelligence practices).
  • Clearer solutions:Moving out of the narrowed “survive/defend” focus and move to the “Sage” perspective (focus on facts, options, values and next step).
  • Less self-sabotage:Build more flexibility and take constructive action in both personal and work relationships.
  • Identification and neutralization:Participants will be able to identify the 10 “Saboteurs”, understand the mechanisms of their neutralization and learn the 5 strategies of the “Sage” (Sage).
